My name is Alec Noé, and I’m a strength and conditioning coach, educator, and lifelong student of human development. I hold a B.S. in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College and am currently pursuing an M.S. in Strength and Conditioning at Loughborough University. My journey has taken me high and low, far and wide; through coaching, leadership, and academic roles in diverse settings—from underserved youth in rural Montana to elite performance athletes in Great Britain.
I’ve led athlete development programs, collaborated with physical therapists in post-rehab training, taught social-emotional learning in the classroom, worked as a research assistant in applied sport psychology, and countless other things to both develop myself and my community. Whether I'm coaching in a high performance setting, managing a school athletic department, or mentoring students, I approach each opportunity with empathy, intention, and a long-term mindset.
I believe performance coaching is ultimately about people—not just achievement. My goal is to help people grow into confident, resilient, and thoughtful individuals through systems that integrate physical, mental, and spiritual development. I aspire to lead in environments where coaching, education, and character formation converge.
